Please read this agreement carefully before using the TamgamCAD application ("Software"). By registering and using this software, you agree to the following terms:
TamgamCAD grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to install and use this Software. Pro package users gain access to additional features during their active subscription period.
The user may not:
All copyrights, designs, algorithms, and trademarks of the Software belong to TamgamCAD.
This software is provided "AS IS". TamgamCAD does not guarantee that the software will operate error-free or without data loss. It is your responsibility to regularly back up your drawings by exporting them (PDF, DXF, etc.).
The user is responsible for keeping their account information secure. The security of your data stored using the Firebase infrastructure is subject to standard cloud security procedures. If an account is deleted, all your cloud data is permanently deleted.

TamgamCAD only stores your email address for account authentication. Your drawing data is saved LOCALLY on your device. We do not upload, read, or store your personal projects on our servers.
We do not store, process, or have access to your credit card information.
Your data is used solely to provide the application to you, synchronize your projects across devices, and verify your subscription status. It is not sold to third parties for advertising purposes.
You can permanently delete your account and personal information from our database at any time by using the 'Delete Account' option in the 'Profile' menu of the application.
